POSITION: Client Services Specialist
LOCATION: San Diego, California
DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking an administrative superstar to be our Client Services Specialist that will serve as the main point of contact for our clients.
We are a business – to – business company that currently services an average of 70-90 accounts monthly, and this number keeps growing!
Our Client Service Specialist will manage all contracts, scheduling, service reporting, data entry and billing. This person must possess exceptional organizational/communication/problem solving skills, be computer savvy, have a high attention to detail, previous administrative experience, and a friendly “people-person” mentality. Furthermore, much of the day is spent working independently and requires dependability and excellent time management.
He/she will act as the liaison between our clients and our field department. This person will also be responsible for managing/coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service-based business to ensure our clients remain satisfied/repeat customers that consider our company “best in class”. This person will also take on miscellaneous projects.
Minimum 3 year’s experience working in a professional administrative position.
Experience in property management or property services preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Administer client onboarding, including contract processing and service scheduling
● Manage and maintain the master schedule of monthly services to be performed
● Prepare service reports and deliver electronically to clients
● Process invoices and follow up on delinquencies
● Prepare annual TCBMP Maintenance Verification forms for clients and submit to city
● Handle stormwater compliance issues that arise on behalf of clients and coordinate solutions
● Call clients and prospects to follow up on open proposals
● Manage all client requests and act as main point of contact
● Meet with clients on phone, by email and in person to ensure they are happy and satisfied with our services
● Manage office supplies, equipment, and purchases
● Prepare proposals and submit for repairs and replacements
● Process purchase orders
● Manage and complete assigned administrative projects

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
● $23/hr with potential for bonuses/annual increase in base pay
