DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Opportunity to join an industry leader and trusted first choice in remedial construction and environmental dredging. Founded as a general construction business in 1917, Sevenson entered the remediation business in 1979 when it became the principal contractor for the remediation of the Love Canal site, Niagara Falls, New York. Sevenson is a nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor, ranked No. 4 on Engineering and News Record in the country, working with clients to remediate contaminated sites across the United States.
We are actively seeking and ambitious and detail oriented Project Engineers to support our Montgomery, AL remediation projects. Local candidates only, no relocation available.
The daily duties typically include:
- Reporting daily construction activities
- Development of excavation drawings via AutoCAD
- Daily production logs
- Prepare written work plans
- Coordination of site deliveries
- Excellent verbal and written/technical communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD preferred and Microsoft Office Suite
