Seeking a full-time Billing Department Representative for busy OB/GYN practice. Must be a self driven, motivated team player. Must be able to communicate effectively with providers, staff and patients. Position is full-time (M-Th 8:00am-5:00pm; Fri 8:00am-12:00pm) with excellent benefits.

Duties:

Surgery Precerts collect from patients

Inbound Referrals

EOM Logs (inj, vaccines)

CareCredit PMP weekly check

Discuss/Collect patient balances

Fax/Upload Medical Records to Insurance

Additional Duties May Include:

Backup for OB Coordinator/Surgery Scheduler @ Medical Center Office

Backup for Acorn, FMLA, Telemed, Visit Tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
