Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring a Supervisor for the Overnight Awake shift.

Full-time 4-day work week!

Stetson School, an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation is hiring a Supervisor for Overnight to:

• Supervise, lead and guide direct care staff working with students in our program.
• Be a part of a therapeutic team that supports student’s development through individualized treatment goals.
• Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development.
• Engage & interact w/students promoting a positive and healing community
• Serve as a positive role model for all students

Supervisors are provided a paid 10-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential care experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the Stetson team.
