Responsibilities
Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Care Workers & Residential Counselors for all shifts. These Direct Support Professionals will:
- Engage & interact w/residents
- Facilitate outings & activities to help residents enjoy their favorite parts of life including:
- Trying out some of the best restaurants on Cape Cod
- Bowling
- Enjoying the great outdoors
- Arts & Crafts
- Be comfortable taking the initiative
- Make use of best practices & strategies for success for the benefit of all residents

Direct Care Workers/Residential Counselors are provided a paid 4-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive unit-specific training at the worksite.

- HS Diploma, GED/HiSET, or equivalent
- Active driver's license
