Seven Hills Foundation is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Worcester, MA

Overview

 The Upward Bound Program, federally funded, is designed to help first generation/low income high school students attend and succeed in post-secondary education. YOU Inc./Seven Hills facilitates the program in partnership with Clark University and Worcester Public Schools.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Specialist will help Director with administrative duties both fiscally and program record keeping:

  • Ensure weekly processing and accurate record keeping of payables and accounting
  • Oversee management of scholars files and ensure accuracy and timely record keeping
  • Ensure central communication in letters and via phone

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • Attention to detail
  • Record keeping
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of factors affecting student access and success in higher education, including those affecting disadvantaged students, student from diverse backgrounds, and students with disabilities.
