13-week assignment

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or other healthcare providers
• Assess, evaluate, and document patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine appropriate nursing care plans
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and medications
• Document patient progress and notify healthcare providers of any changes or concerns
• Ensure that patient care plans are executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Participate in patient care conferences and other interdisciplinary meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by healthcare providers or management

Requirements:

• Valid Kentucky/Compact State RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in med surg nursing
• BSN preferred, but not required
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move patients or equipment as needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,900.00 per week
