Job Title: Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

Location: Charlotte, NC

Rate: $1620 Weekly

Shift: 36hrs - 3x12hrs - 7a-7p - Days

Job Description:

Our healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have the skills necessary to deliver care to patients of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of medical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions based on patient needs
• Monitor and observe patient behaviour and provide nursing interventions accordingly
• Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the patients’ individual needs
• Communicate with patients and their families to ensure care plans are understood and followed
• Record patients' medical histories and symptoms, and provide follow-up care instructions as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to devise innovative care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and self-care techniques

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
• At least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends
