Job Details:

• Position: Travel Medsurg/Tele Registered Nurse
• Location: Concord, NC
• Blended Pay Rate: $1800 - $2640/week
• Shift Pattern: Days or Nights - 36hrs or 48hrs
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medsurg/Tele Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medsurg/Tele unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
