Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a specified region, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and competitor activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, and outside sales
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Hotel Experience is a MUST!
