Seva Health is a family owned Home Health Agency specializing in joints, wound care and IV infusion.

We have positions available in the following areas to choose from:

Lewsiville, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Irving, HEB area, Arlington, Dallas, Rockwall

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing pain
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Advocate for patients' needs and ensure their rights are respected

Skills:
- Proficient in conducting vital signs assessments and interpreting results
- Strong patient assessment skills to identify changes in health status or potential complications
- Excellent customer service skills to provide compassionate care to patients and their families
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral health or emergency room (ER) settings is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations
- Knowledge of managed care principles and practices

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
