Summary:
The Jannetides College of Business, Communication, and Leadership at
Southeastern University announces an opening for an adjunct faculty
member to teach across the curriculum evening courses in the MBA
Program. Previous teaching experience at the graduate level preferred,
especially in the area of accounting and finance. The courses will be taught
in person at our Lakeland, FL campus. Those courses are held once per
week on either Monday or Tuesday evenings between 6:00 pm and 10:00
pm. Candidates must be committed to the Christian mission of
Southeastern University and excellence in Business education.
Responsibilities will include:
❖ Teaching is primarily face-to-face with the possibility of online course
work as well.
❖ Integrating a Christian worldview throughout the curriculum
Minimum Qualifications
❖ A doctoral degree in Business
❖ Experience in business and management roles
❖ Commitment to Christian faith integration
❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
❖ Successful teaching experience at the graduate level
❖ Well versed in the accounting and finance
❖ Experience in various fields and business models: government
organizations, nonprofits, NGO's, and for-profit.
❖ Strong interpersonal skills.
