Settlers Bay Lodge is looking for a motivated, hardworking and positive individual to join our team. Must be quick on their feet and possess the ability to remain calm in high stress situations. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Opening the restaurant and ensuring it is properly set up for the shift.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicate with Guests about food recommendations, diet restrictions, or any other needs.
• Deliver attentive and respectful services to guests.
• Be able to appropriately handle complaints or problems in a positive, and professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system.
• Handle customer checks, receipts, and cash.
• Clean and close down restaurant or section.
• Complete all side work in accordance with restaurant procedure including tasks such as silverware rollups, replenishing condiments, and general housekeeping of serving stations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be 21 years or older.
• Preferred 2 years of pervious restaurant experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and most holidays.
• Able to meet the physical demands of working in a busy restaurant/kitchen.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Enjoys and works well with being part of a team.

Compensation: Minimum Wage Tips
