Apartments at Modesto, CA is looking for hard-working individual with repair/maintenance skills to upkeep laundry equipment. Minimum 2 year related job experience is required.

Candidates must be honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.The qualified individual is expected to have experience in repair and maintenance for Speed Queen commercial washer, Huebsch dryer, Dexter washer and dryer. Individual must know how to repair and keep equipment in good condition. Also be responsible for laundry room daily operation and to reform other routine duties as needed.
