Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to:

•Constituent record updates with data from various third-party research tools
•Applying biographical updates acquired from the University's telemarketing program and survey responses
•Processing new constituent information from fundraiser exchanges with donors
•Processing signup requests and profile updates from the University online alumni directory system
•Logging Constituent information from press releases and publications
•Recording photos to records in our constituent database
•Performing research and reconciliation of conflicting data for individual constituents

The role will also afford the candidate the opportunity to learn a multitude of useful skills in relational database management, advanced use of formulas in Microsoft Excel, report design and auditing in various business intelligence software tools as well as develop a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite and critical collaboration mediums including Microsoft SharePoint and Planner.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be required to have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be very organized and capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks and deliverables. The candidate must be open to learning new tools and skills as the position uses proprietary software.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of the following is preferred:

•Statistical packages (STATA, SAS, SPSS) and modeling techniques including logistic regression
•Microsoft Access
•Business intelligence software (Tableau, Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio)
•SQL
•Data Warehouse management and ETL principles

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
