SESI is Hiring an Operations Administrator - Stabil Drill Near Midland, TX

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Administrator to join our team in Midland, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation including accounts receivable/payables and QHSE duties.
  • Create work orders, review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system.
  • Assists with projects to improve or maintain facilities, equipment, and property. Including scheduling and coordinating vendors.
  • Compiles data and provides various regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination, specifically in tool usage, efficiency and productivity.
  • May participate in various QHSE audits internal or external.
  • Assists in the performance of month-end close process.
  • Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors, etc. in a courteous and professional manner and direct to the required department or person as needed.
  • May coordinate travel, draft correspondence, organize events and meetings as needed.
  • Purchase inventory of office equipment/supplies.
  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
  • Performs special projects as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two to five years’ experience in the oil & gas service industry or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Skills Required:

  • Courteous, proactive, and well-organized professional to provide creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong desire to work effectively in a team environment and learn the overall business.
  • Experience in using Accounting Software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
