DescriptionJanssen Research & Development, LLC., a division of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies is recruiting for a Director, Discovery Lab Operations to be located in Spring House, PA.The Director, Laboratory Operations will be responsible for oversight and execution of essential laboratory services, facilities management, and capital equipment processes for Discovery scientific functions at the Spring House site, supporting the Therapeutics Discovery & Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety organizations. This is a critical role that will be responsible for ensuring a safe and highly functioning laboratory environment.This individual will apply a deep understanding of Discovery’s scientific strategies and objectives to implement and harmonize appropriate processes for capital equipment onboarding and maintenance, asset inventory management, facilities projects, space planning, and budget management.
