We are seeking an experienced full-time Operations Director who has a proven track record in leadership positions in camping. You will be working out of Sesame/Rockwood Camps in Blue Bell, but will also be assisting with our sister camp, Diamond Ridge Camps in Jamison.

In this role, you will wear many hats and have several fun, rewarding responsibilities including:

Operations:

· Speaking with vendors to get pricing and overseeing various projects at camp

· Working with the maintenance team to ensure all projects are getting completed

· The set-up of camp, the close down of camp

· Ordering all the supplies (for camp and during the year)

· Coordinating all aspects dealing with our international staff

· The set-up of school, the close down of school (located on the property of Sesame/Rockwood Camps)

Leadership:

· Preparing agendas and leading our Leadership Team Meetings

· Hiring of both domestic and international staff

· Handling all group business for Diamond Ridge Conference Center (proposals/operations)

You must be proactive, a “do-er” and a leader! You should possess a passion for youth and staff development.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
