Top 5 Technical Skills:

1. 5 years in financial, secondary mortgage, credit risk or market risk industry
2. Gathering requirements and managing scope.... need tight requirements to manage to the projected scope, "scrubbed" or easily consumable requirements.
3. SQL .... need basic SQL (DML) skills
4. Tableau or other BI Tools, Client uses Tableau for reporting...... some knowledge of other BI type of visualization or reporting tools would be beneficial
5. Excel... Client still does a lot of work with Excel when it comes to data and how it is presented. Must be good at Excel
6. Experience with AWS

Top 3 Soft Skills:

1. Communications is key
2. Confidence in presentation and discussion skills
3. Strong organization (schedule meetings with stakeholders and technical staff, then run the meetings, lead the discussion.
