Key Responsibilities : - Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks - Provide exceptional service and clear communication to teammates - Receive and handle materials in the warehouse- Help to maintain, clean and repair assets for use in the warehouse - Help to maintain, clean and organize the warehouse, grounds, restrooms, hallways and offices as assigned - Continue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products and equipment knowledge - Understand and utilize all safety and risk management guidelines in the warehouse

Position Requirements : - Valid driver’s license so you can transport equipment as needed- Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.

Must be mechanically inclined - Comfortable with technology, including Apple iPad and Microsoft Office products

Physical Demands : - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance. - Comfortable working in diverse settings, including heights, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
