Job Description: 
Respond to service calls as needed and perform services as assigned. Communicate with the office to make sure all customer needs are met. Support other production personnel, as required. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.
Responsibilities: 
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each day
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Set up staging area and equipment for each project
  • Ensure clear two-way communication with the office and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the warehouse, and while traveling
Qualifications:
  • Must provide the highest level of customer service
  • Effective oral communication & good attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly document service calls & report back to the office
  • 100% Paid On-the-Job Training

  • Experience in cleaning/restoration, handyman, construction, or drywall is a plus!
  • IICRC certifications are a plus!!
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Valid CA issued Drivers License and clean driving record
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing,
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
*** Due to the emergency nature of the position, we are looking for someone who lives near the 71 highway or within a fifteen to twenty-minute drive and can respond to calls quickly during the week, weekends and nights.
