Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status
• Monitor job file audit status
• Maintain job file work in progress
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Create estimate
• Daily job file coordination
• Perform job file backup
• Maintain communication with insurance company, customer and office
• Prepare job file reports
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
• Complete job file audit process
• Perform billing of job
• Assist other departments, as neededJob hours are 8-5 Monday – Friday. You are not required to be on call, or work after hours unless we are in storm mode. When in storm mode we may ask you to come in on the weekend or come in early and stay late.-We offer to pay half of a single health insurance policy after 3 months of employment-One weeks paid vacation after one year of employment. Two weeks after two years.
• One year administrative experience is preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and computer skills.
• Paid holidays after 90 days. Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
• We have a simple retirement plan you can opt to go in after 3 months. We will match up to 3% of your salary.
