Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor sales / marketing activities to increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals
• Identify and establish new revenue, collection and activity goals
• Evaluate all sales and marketing plans and self performance metrics toward sales goals
• Actively coordinate sales and marketing plan events to increase community awareness and centers of influence (COIs)
• Complete annual training and CE classes

Requirements :

• Valid Driver's License
• 1 years of sales and marketing experience
• Capable of working in fast-paced, team oriented environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented and multi-tasking
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in strong team interaction with tangible leadership skills
• Solid organization and planning capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Experience in mitigation / cleaning / restoration industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet people in new people and develop rapport
• Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing a plus
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
