Job Description:
The Large Loss Team Manager will be responsible for all project processes and coordination. The position is responsible for project success from administrative activities to performance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all communication between SERVPRO, Client, and Customer
- Effectively manage a team
- Ensure quality of service from all personnel on site
- Establish scope of work and project budget to ensure profitability
- Keep job file records and submit necessary paperwork on schedule
- Knowledge and ability to conduct safety meetings
- Ensure customer and insurance adjuster satisfaction throughout project
- Thorough understanding of restoration project and work flow
- Ability to effectively communicate project status updates with SERVPRO management
- Train, manage, and recruit quality team members
- Ability to create project schedules and produce the project within given timelines
Qualifications:
- Large Loss Project knowledge required
- Proficient with Time & Materials and Xactimate
- Understanding of Structural drying
- Understanding of asbestos abatements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Effective written and oral communication
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to develop relationships and lead a team
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
