Servpro of MSPF Co. is a restoration and reconstruction service following Fire & Water Clean-up restoration company. We also provide other services such as air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold remediation. We are here to help home and business owners when disaster happens.
Your job is to market and increase sales by building relationships with businesses in the insurance, Property Management, Real Estate and all other businesses. You will train on our software to gain processes that includes a variety of responsibilities, including daily routes preparations, quality control data, referral source follow-up, key measurements, scoreboard, ERP, and marketing sales plan updates. Must have strong computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships and rapport while educating customers in each Sector on Servpro and the restoration industry.
- Executing marketing/sales routes with clear objectives and documenting your progress.
- Provide marketing/sales referral source and follow-up
- Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking.
- Maintain key account target list and provide research
- Maintaining assigned contract lists and detailed records in our OM
