Job Details:
Position: Restoration Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants.
- Conduct mold remediation tasks to prevent further damage and ensure a safe environment.
- Utilize power tools and equipment to assist in restoration processes.
- Apply industry-standard techniques and practices for effective restoration.
- Restore damaged structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Assist in fire restoration efforts, including smoke and odor removal.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all restoration activities.
- Participate in asbestos abatement procedures when necessary.
- Handle additional tasks and duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
