- Carpentry (replacing/installing cabinets, doors & bi-fold doors)
- Painting/Staining (walls, ceilings, trim, and appropriate prep)
- Drywall/Sanding/Patchwork
- Light Plumbing (snaking sinks/toilets, changing valves, toilets, faucets, traps etc.)
- Installing locks for unit doors
- Light Electrical
- Basic Appliance Repair Knowledge
- Daily reporting and maintenance logging
- Delivery & pick up of materials
- Clean & organized job site skills (Required)
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Must be able to life/move objects that weigh up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
