- Water extraction, light demolition, use of hand tools and power tools.
- Structural cleaning of commercial and residential properties.
- Inventorying and packing personal property.
- Develop knowledge of structural drying techniques and become knowledgeable in the operation of specialized equipment on job-sites.
- Gain working knowledge of the assessment and inspection process, etc.
- Follow all safety practices at facility and job-site.
- Ability to follow the direction of the on-site supervisor and complete tasks with little or no supervision.
- Aid in the general care and maintenance of all equipment. and vehicles.
- Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Professional appearance, friendly, cooperative, and great attitude.
- A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
- Dependability.
- Experience in fire restoration, water restoration, and/or IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift (50 lbs), and stand for all shifts
- Be able to work in all climates including extreme heat and cold
