The Construction Project Coordinator assists homeowners having repairs made to their homes or businesses that have been damaged by a floor or fire. You will work as a liaison for the customer and the Construction Project Manager to identify repair/rebuild project requirements and specifications. Administer and organize projects, paperwork and files to support our construction department. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you will thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and Construction Project Manager, Employees and Sub-Contractors
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Create and send on-going communication through Restoration Manager to Customers, Employees and Sub-Contractors
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Assist with material ordering
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 3 years of construction administration and office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
- QuickBooks Online experience a

- 7 Paid Holidays after 60 days
- 1 week's paid vacation after 1 year
- 2 week's paid vacation after 2 years
This is a sedentary, computer and customer service role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
