Do you have a passion in making quality products, working in a fast-paced work environment, and making sure the machine keeps running? Line Leaders and Machine Operators make sure only the best of the best quality of products are being made. You would be responsible for hitting efficiency numbers and troubleshooting the machine before calling maintenance. Also responsible for up to 5 employees on your machine. Are you up for the challenge?

Core Functions:

Scanning to and using Nulogy ERP system

Maintaining a safe work area for yourself and staff

Train and instruct co-workers regarding all aspects of the line

Responsible to rotate crew every hour or as needed

Required to take a position on the line, as needed

Tend machines and make adjustments as needed

Use basic hand tools to perform machine repairs

Completing paperwork

Wage and Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, voluntary weekend overtime

2nd Shift: 2pm – 10pm (Monday thru Friday) $0.50 shift differential

3rd Shift: 10pm-6am (Sunday thru Thursday) $1.00 shift differential
