At ServiceRocket our Customer Solutions Senior Manager is in charge of supervising the activities of multiple sections or a discipline through subordinate supervisors and/or professionals. Guides by function or department practices and well-defined management precedents.

Responsibilities

  • This role focus specializes in managing the sale of products/services directly to end-users for specific geographic areas, industries, or product segments. May manage only individual contributor sales account managers and may carry own sales quota. The scope may be determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility, size or significance of the industry or product segment.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Key account acquisition by developing an interaction strategy to determine the objectives and level of effort required to effectively target assigned strategic accounts/territory.
  • Capture all external and market-based data, current and prospective customer information, and data which could assist with the sales process.
  • Generate leads, close business (new & renewal) to meet/exceed quota, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plans.
  • Manage a team and drive results through that team.
  • Hunt and identify prospective customers from business directories, participation in business communities and events.
  • Contact and qualify prospective customers.
  • Develop initiatives within sales to improve funnel conversion rates and increase volume of sales qualified leads. Educate customers on the benefits (financial or otherwise) of our solution offerings.
  • Host product demonstrations, webinars and other online events to educate SQL's. Negotiate and close deals for assigned accounts/territory.
  • Focus on developing initiatives and funnel conversion rates for assigned accounts/territory.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 to 12 years of related experience
  • Proven record in driving high performance in teams. 
  • Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.).
  • Experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, or competitive platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Competency in the typical backoffice support tools and CRM software associated with sales environments and global asynchronous communication.
Skills
  • An insatiable curiosity for the way businesses work and the challenges facing our key buyer profiles (CFO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering)
  • Comfortable writing and constantly updating territory and account plans
  • Comfortable partnering with key cross-functional partners such as our marketing team to develop and drive pipe building initiatives and proactively lean into marketing lead initiatives
  • Can develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations
  • Ability to have an ongoing regular conversation with executive buyer on WhatsApp

This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance. Although the position is hybrid/remote, preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office in order to better collaborate with our team.
