Primary Function: To perform assigned cleaning tasks as related to specialized floor care, promptly, with a positive attitude, and efficiency. Possess or desire to learn the expertise to effectively manage specialized floor care jobs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Manage specialty floor care jobs to completion to ensure all aspects of service are complete to ServiceMaster Standard
• Meet with Production Manager regularly to review all tasks and communicate schedules to technicians
• Oversee the maintenance of assigned equipment and ensure vehicles are properly organized
• Represent our company so that the ServiceMaster image is enhanced in the eyes of all customers at all times
• Demonstrate to all customers, fellow employees, and others a sincere concern and interest in each customer and in the services provided to each customer
• Ensure all equipment, supplies, vehicles and products entrusted to his/her care are carefully handled and maintained, and that none are left behind after work has been completed.
