Position Overview Come Be a Hero! ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration provides emergency services for damage caused by floods, fire and mold.

While experience is helpful, we will provide all training. Compensation is hourly and there are bonuses for responding after hours and for jobs that go above and beyond.

We do not limit overtime so if you are available, your income is what you want to make it. We provide all training! Besides emergency services we also are the premier provider of carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing and tile and grout cleaning.

Job Responsibilities

• Turn a damaged house back into a home or get a business back in business
• Follow directions of Field Managers to provide best possible customer service
• Work with team members to complete scope of work
• Performs water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing / disposing of non-salvageable materials as well as demolition as directed by supervisor
• Ensures equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled. Reports any equipment malfunction and or damage to supervisor
• Training provided for carpet cleaning and floor care
• Once trained, technician will performs daily monitoring and tasks on assigned water jobs to residential and / or commercial customers with urgency

Job Requirements

• Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record
• Good verbal and written and communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform (we will provide)
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry not required but preferred
