Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming demeanor.
· Prepare hard files and draft initial documents.
· Effective and strong customer service skills and triage client concerns.
· Answer incoming calls, emails, messages and other request, direct to the appropriate team member and ensuring timely responses.
· Prepare and obtain work authorization documents from clients.
· Contact insurance company adjusters and submit correspondence to track and monitor status of jobs.
· Pay close attentional to details.
· Aptitude to learn new software.
· Type 45 wpm
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Pre-screen potential clients and arrange for inspections.
· Manage and monitor calendar for general contractor.
· Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as required by supervisor and general contractor.
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
· Knowledge of Xactimate, software is required.
· Knowledge of Contractor Connection platform is a plus, but not required.
· Knowledge of reconstructions is a plus, but not required.
· Knowledge of insurance property claims is highly desired.
· Able to work occasional overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
· Have a valid and clean California Driver’s license.
· Legally able to work in the U.S.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
