Job Description

We are looking for Lead Carpenters that can self-perform all aspects of carpentry to ensure our schedules and budgets are met. The ideal Lead Carpenter is qualified individuals who are skilled in the trade of carpentry to perform all aspects of wood framing, interior trim, exterior trim, metal stud framing, backsplash, and must be able to read construction documents. The candidate must be dependable, well-spoken, clean in appearance, possess a strong work ethic and the ability to engage with customers and subcontractors. Candidate must have reliable transportation and basic tools. Skill in other trades a plus. This is a full-time position, 12 months a year. Starting pay and future raises will be based on experience, skill level, management skills, and the ability to meet budget and schedule.
