Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented, skilled general carpenter to join our team. Carpenter is to perform repairs on our clients properties. You will be a member of a team whose objective is providing our customers with excellent customer service and high quality of work exceeding their expectations. All tasks are to be performed in a timely and consistent basis.

 Job Responsibilities (tasks may include but not limited to)

• Install drywall and finish
• Install insulation
• Finish trim/base work
• Cabinet/vanity installation
• Painting
• Job prep by protecting customers contents
• Light duty clean-up on a daily basis when job is in progress
• Light post construction clean-up
• Demolition when necessary
• Work effectively with other team members
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time/attendance and uniform policies
• Operate and maintain equipment such as power tools
• Report building and equipment issues to your supervisor

 Job Qualifications 

• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility 
• Must have ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must be willing and able to work in all forms of climate indoor and out
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching
• Must be willing to work weekends as necessary or in an emergency situation
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
