Hybrid Project Manager Position Description (mitigation and re-construction)

We are one of the largest disaster restoration companies in the US, supplying water and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers. Due to extensive growth, we are actively hiring a Mitigation/Construction Project Manager.

Come join our fast-growing company as a Mitigation/Construction Project Manager in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for job efficiency including demo scope, equipment sizing, and scheduling of sub-contractors.
  • Completes all required documentation for losses, including sketch and scope sheet for estimate.
  • Expert in customer care skills and provide specialized customer care to dissatisfied customers.
  • Provides construction-related services, including temporary board-ups, outside normal business hours, upon customer request.
  • Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at job sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being used.
  • Effectively communicates with technicians, customers, managers, and operations department.
  • Care for the company's equipment and vehicle you're provided.
  • Provides support to team members who are generating losses.
  • All other duties as assigned, including being on call as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong leadership ability including adaptability, integrity, and humility.
  • Passion to learn about the industry and improve expertise.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to excel in a 24/7/365 emergency services (disaster restoration) business.
  • Able to respond to losses 24/7-e.g., temporary board ups, etc.
  • Proficient with technology including Microsoft Suite, CRM software, etc.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift/carry 25 lb.
