Job Overview:
ServiceMaster Elite is currently in search of a Mitigation Content Specialist to be based out of our Merrimack NH location. This role will also assist with content at any of our multiple locations.

Duties:

• Understand the basic knowledge of water, fire, sewage and mold damage as it would pertain to content.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, adjusters and customers regarding affected content and the best way to accommodate the customer.
• Become proficient with content tracking software.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to confirm accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to tracking content.

Qualifications:

• High School education
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Understand the importance of attendance and honesty
• Desire to see a project from start to finish.
• Drive from one location to another to deliver or pick up content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
