As a Janitorial Technician for ServiceMaster by Moline, you would be responsible for cleaning one or more of our community's important local businesses.

Salary:

We start this position at $16/hr. After a 90 day assessment, we will review your compensation and consider possible career advancement within ServiceMaster by Moline.

Responsibilities:

SPLIT SHIFT Monday - Thursday: 9:30AM - 11:30AM | Monday - Friday: 5:00PM - 7:00PM

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Some of these duties may vary and/or other duties may be assigned:

• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.
• 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English

Qualifications:

• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Clean and Valid Drivers License
• Have your own Reliable Transportation
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
