Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Roofer/Laborer to join our team. As a Commercial Roofer/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. You will work closely with our roofing team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of various commercial roofing systems including single-ply, built-up, and metal roofs.
• Perform basic roofing tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
• Assist with the repair and replacement of damaged or worn roofing components.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.

• Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
