This position will work with our maintenance department in some of the following areas:

• Building maintenance: painting, cleaning walls, light fixtures, etc.
• Equipment maintenance: cleaning equipment and vehicles.
• Grounds maintenance: sweeping, parking lot maintenance, spraying weeds, etc.

Duties may expand based on a person's skills and abilities.
This position may use company vehicles, manlifts/forklifts, tractors, etc. so candidates must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
