Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer/Parts Mgr to join our team. The position will be responsible for coordinating customer equipment service requests, parts needs, providing estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Interact with customers to determine equipment issues and service, parts needs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and maintain service records
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding service timelines
- Close & invoice all service and parts invoices

- Work closely with Lead mechanic with parts needs and service billings

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area

Skills:
- Experience in small to midsize construction equipment diagnostics and repair
- Knowledge of small engines and parts needs.
- Proficiency in repair estimating and service writing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
