Service Point Solution is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Turnover Painter to contribute to the complete transformation of residential units, preparing them for new tenants. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the visual appeal and maintaining the high-quality standards of our properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform painting, patching, taping, and texturing tasks to ready residential units for occupancy.
• Select and mix paint to achieve a consistent and desired finish across different surfaces.
• Precisely apply paint to interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Uphold quality standards in paint application, completing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to schedule painting projects and prioritize assignments.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized, adhering to best practices in safety and cleanliness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Two (3) years’ Painting experience needed
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook Email, Tablet operations, general software knowledge, as well as in office equipment.

• Ability to problem solve and prioritize
• Time efficient
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional painter, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in painting, patching, taping, and texturing.
• In-depth knowledge of painting techniques and materials, with a keen eye for color matching and aesthetics.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and resilience, with the capacity to work under various conditions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and practices related to painting and property maintenance.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
