This position earns a competitive $45,000-$55,000/year with a $1000 sign on bonus, plus benefits after 90 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of verifiable experience as a residential installer (commercial experience will be considered)
• Able to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a drug test
• Clean driving record
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
• Able to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
