Route Day Porter Position:

Typical scope of work:

• Drive a company vehicle to clean properties throughout Metro-Phoenix.
• Remove trash from outdoor trashcans and the exterior of buildings.
• Dust window ledges and remove cobwebs on exterior windows.
• Report property damage, graffiti, bulk trash, etc.
• Wiping down trash can lids.
• Inspections of properties to file the right reports.

• Must be able to work independently & be effective problem solver.
• Must have a service mindset with attention to detail - every job, every time.

Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean MVR record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay with experience: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Pay with no experience: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical setting:

• Outdoor work

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
