Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to join our team. If you have experience in stripping/scrubbing and refinishing VCT floors then we want to talk to you. This position can be Monday through Friday evenings 5 - 9 P.M. or we are open to an on call basis when projects occur either Monday through Friday or on weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove stains, spills, and debris from floors
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors and floor scrubbers
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Collaborate-with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation

Qualifications:
- Experience in floor care techniques, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects as required
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
