Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and scheduling with dispatchers.

Monday to Friday. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Starting @ $19.00 Per Hour.

Contract to Hire

Duties:

• Review daily freight order report for irregular rate changes.
• Contact with offsite company dispatchers for coordinating outgoing shipments, load postings.
• Review late orders for problem loads.
• Customer Service, phones and data entry.
