The focus of our Infrastructure Sales Consultant - Multiplatform is to generate revenue by selling new and refurbished Hardware and related services to current and prospective Service Express customers.

Here's what this position is all about...

• Maintain an up to date and continuously evolving understanding across all IT Hardware platforms, related customer strategies and challenges as well as the Service Express catalog of solutions related to those specific challenges
• Consult with customers to sell solutions related to the management of their IT Hardware infrastructure effectively and profitably
• Act upon sales leads provided by partner departments within Service Express
• Coordinate with partner departments to ensure services sold to customers are delivered to specifications outlined during the sales process
• Proactive and strategic account planning
• Nurture relationships with customers in assigned regions to develop opportunities for additional business
• Nurture relationships with Service Engineers in assigned regions to identify areas of opportunity within Service interactions
• Partner with Marketing team as appropriate to drive brand and market awareness
• Maintain current understanding of sales and service trends and champion opportunities for improvement

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience selling IT Hardware products and services, as well as supply chain experience
• Experience selling solutions or services such as Third-Party Maintenance, Managed Services, and Cloud Services preferred
• Experience closing direct business and/or prospective customers
• Having the ability to work independently and be self-driven
• Developed negotiation and persuasion skills
