The Account Manager ensures that projects run smoothly, from the design stage to the receipt of the document confirming the customer's satisfaction with the installation follow-up. As an Account Manager, your main tasks will be to: Coordinate projects with all departments within the company. Perform complex and confidential tasks requiring a very good knowledge of sales cycles, procedures and organizational processes. Ensure that you have all the information you need to submit and create the project in the system. Manage the customer relationship from the first customer call through to project completion, including after sales or warranty issues with distributor orders. Ensure an exceptional customer experience. Skills: Experience in customer service. Team player. Good general computer knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Enjoy working as part of a team, covering a variety of areas. Quality oriented.
