The Office Manager is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative, executive and cultural responsibilities. This person is central in maintaining the physical office environment to help create a positive employee experience and a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to senior leadership in local office and other colleagues as needed
- Prepare and review expense reports, book travel, and assist with meeting preparation and break down
- Act as the "face" of the office for callers, clients, and guests
- Plan, order and oversee lunches and other weekly office events
- Serve as the local culture champion by leading the culture team, managing the budget, organizing and executing events
- Assist with a variety of HR related functions including providing office tours, workstation set up and facilitating introductions for new employees
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies, snacks, coffee and other beverages
- Maintain office design, furniture inventory, and appearance to create the best environment for employees and visiting clients
- Manage local building management relationships and ensuring facilities are clean, in good working order, and up to code
- Lead employee recognition administration duties including maintaining the accounting spreadsheet, database, redemptions, and providing relevant reports for senior leadership
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills & Experience - At least three years of relevant administrative experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust in real time to competing demands and deadlines to support numerous people
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proactively resolve potential needs and issues
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $105,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
